Entry Form - Round 4
Please submit your entry using the following form to provide your entry information and to select the event you wish to enter. Once you have completed this online entry, we will email an invoice for payment to you.
Note: If you have completed an online form for previous Rounds or are a season entrant, you do not need to complete a new form. Please just send an email to confirm your entry for Round 4.

- Whilst we receive entry data in soft copy, an entry is NOT deemed accepted until payment is received.
- No entrant may participate in an event until full payment is received.
- All invoices must be paid 7 days prior to the first day of the meeting.
We appreciate that some things come up that are unavoidable clashes. Similarly, APS as a category has committed to commercial terms with a promoter based on the entry commitment and cannot be held liable for shortfall in income from non-payment/refunding entries at the last minute.
Any entrant wishing to cancel must do so in writing at the earliest opportunity. If notice to cancel arrives within 7 days of the first day of the event, then all fees are retained and non-refundable. If notice to cancel arrives between eight (8) and twenty one (21) days of the event then 50% of the entry fee is lost, balance refunded or held in trust towards future rounds.
