2026 Entry Form 

Please submit your entry using the following form to provide your entry information and to select the event you wish to enter. Once you have completed this online entry, we will email an invoice to you for payment. 

For information on eligible vehicles, please refer to the Series Sporting Regulations below.

Rd 2: Sydney Motorsport Park (May 30-31) = $1,200 + GST

Rd 3: Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit (August 15-16) = $1,500 + GST

Rd 4: Shell V-Power Motorsport Park (Sept 11-13) = $4,000 + GST
Note: Australian Prototype series is a support category to Supercars

Rd 5: Mallala Motorsport Park (November 20-21) = $1,500 + GST

I accept that this entry will only be valid after the applicable entry fee is paid in full. I acknowledged that the Category Manager is not obliged to accept my entry and that any payment made in advance will be returned in full within ten (10) days of being advised of the rejected entry.

Australian Prototype Series, Terms and Conditions of Entry.

  1. By signing this Series Entry Form, each Competitor and Driver acknowledges that all Events will be held under the FIA International Sporting Code and the
    Series Regulations of which it forms a part.
  2. Any Competitor or Driver who chooses not to accept the Series Regulations and conditions of an Event as detailed in the relevant Supplementary Regulations for that Event may withdraw their Entry by advising Prototype Racing Pty Ltd in writing prior to the time indicated in the Supplementary Regulations for the closing of Entries for that Event. See below for payment terms.
  3. The dates and venues listed in this Series Entry Form are subject to change.
  4. It is the responsibility of the Competitor to ensure that all details on this Series Entry Form are correct prior to the commencement of competition at an Event.

CANCELLATION:

We appreciate that some things come up that are unavoidable clashes. Similarly, APS as a category has committed to commercial terms with a promoter based on the entry commitment and cannot be held liable for shortfall in income from non-payment/refunding entries at the last minute.

Any entrant wishing to cancel must do so in writing at the earliest opportunity. If notice to cancel arrives within 30 days of the first day of the event, then all fees are retained and non-refundable. If notice to cancel arrives between thirty-one (31) and sixty (60) days of the event then 50% of the entry fee will be non-refundable and the balance refunded.
