Please submit your entry using the following form to provide your entry information and to select the event you wish to enter. Once you have completed this online entry, we will email an invoice to you for payment.

Round 1, Symmons Plains:
Entry: $500+gst (Includes Friday afternoon practice, Saturday practice, qualifying and 4 x Races).
Marquees at Symmons Plains are 10m deep.
Cost: $615+gst (Cost price from organiser)

Round 2, Bathurst:
Entry: $4,500+gst (Early Bird: 50% paid prior to 31/1/25. Balance due by 28/2/25). Entry fee paid between 1/2/25 - 28/2/25: $5,000+gst. Payable in full.

Cost: $437+gst (Cost price from organiser)

Australian Prototype Series, Terms and Conditions of Entry.

1. Whilst we receive entry data in soft copy, an entry is NOT deemed accepted until payment is received. 
2. No entrant may participate in an event until full payment is received.
3. All invoices must be paid 7 days prior to the first day of the meeting. 

CANCELLATION:

We appreciate that some things come up that are unavoidable clashes. Similarly, APS as a category has committed to commercial terms with a promoter based on the entry commitment and cannot be held liable for shortfall in income from non-payment/refunding entries at the last minute.

Any entrant wishing to cancel must do so in writing at the earliest opportunity. If notice to cancel arrives within 30 days of the first day of the event, then all fees are retained and non-refundable. If notice to cancel arrives between thirty-one (31) and sixty (60) days of the event then 50% of the entry fee will be non-refundable and the balance refunded.
