APS second round moved back a week

In light of the Shannons Motorsport Australia Championships newly rejigged 2021 calendar, competitors in the GC Marine Australian Prototype Series will now take to The Bend one week later. 

Originally scheduled to run during the Shannons Motorsport Australia Championships first of two consecutive rounds at The Bend, the series will feature on the second weekend on 22-24 October. 

Joining the GC Marine Australian Prototype Series during the second weekend of the double header will be other national categories such as the Battery World Aussie Racing Cars Series, RA Cup Australia and the MRF Tyres Australian Production Car Series. 

The new date will also coincide with a RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship round in South Australia, which will include an event at The Bend.

The second round of the GC Marine Australian Prototype Series takes place on 22-24 October at The Bend Motorsport Park.  

Tickets for both rounds at The Bend will go on sale shortly.
